Lake Tahoe in the Summer

I stayed at my friend's Lake Tahoe house they recently bought. It's brand new and it's beautiful. Located in the town of Truckee. It has 4 bedroom and 3 baths. If you've never been to Lake Tahoe, you have to go.. it's beautiful in the Summer time.. and not too hot. I'm not a skier/snowboarder, I'm sur it's also beautiful in the Winter. Polycom Soundstation 2W Wireless Conference Phone Recall

Polycom has instituted a stop ship on the Polycom SoundStation 2W based on a potential safety issue with the battery. The Polcyom SoundStation 2, Polycom VTX 1000, and all other Polycom products are unaffected by this; only the SoundStation2W is being temporarily put on stop ship. This action is due to a report that a battery in a SoundStation2W overheated, melting the plastic and causing damage to the table on which it sat. No injuries have been reported. Based on this incident, Polycom decided to immediately implement a stop ship on all SoundStation2W units as a precaution while investigating the cause. Polycom is taking the following actions to determine the root cause and the appropriate course of action:
Once the root cause has been determined and an appropriate solution is identified, Polycom and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission will communicate next steps to channels and customers. We will follow up as soon as we have more information and will send out another update no later than February 10, 2006. Wednesday, January 18

Polycom Soundstation 2W Wireless Conference Phone Potential Safety Issue

Polycom is currently investigating a potential safety issue with the Polycom SoundStation2W (2200-07800-001 & 2200-07880-001), which they believe is related to the battery. They have received a report regarding an incident of overheating that could lead to a potential fire hazard. No injuries have been reported. Pending the results of the investigation, Polycom has put a stop ship in place on SoundStation2W's to Polycom channels effective immediately. This potential safety issue does not impact any other Polycom SoundStation products or other Polycom products other than the SoundStation2W.
By this notification, Polycom is also instructing all channels to put an immediate stop ship in place to all customers including resellers and end users and to communicate this stop ship to all resellers/dealers who sell the SoundStation2W until further notification from Polycom. GN Netcom 9120 Flex Boom w/ Lifter

The GN Netcom 9120 Flex Boom Lifter Combination is awesome! This wireless unit allows me to move around the office up to 300 feet away from my desk and still be able to answer my ringing line. Never before have I been able to file a paper, access another comuter terminal, grab a cup of coffee or even go outside the building to my car and still be able to hear my phone ring and answer that call!
